The high density foam keeps the throne from deforming and can support up to 250 pounds, making it the perfect partner for your instrument.

When you’re concentrating on playing the drums, having a stable stool underneath you can help to keep you comfortable and engaged in the music.

The seat can rotate 360º if you slightly loosen the knob under the seat. You can also adjust the height of the stool using the bottom knob.

Pretty basic stool for drumming. I never really had a nice throne or anything so this was a good starter for my new electronic drum kit. If you don't want to drop 150-300 on a good throne this should do well in the meantime.

It really was easy to assemble. My son takes drums lessons three times a week and practices a lot. Like any teenager he can be very energetic and the bench has been holding up very well so far. The rubber feet does a great job staying in place on hard floors, that's another plus

I am current guitar player and staring to learn how to play drums for fun. This throne was really quick and simple to put together, not confusing at all. It is very light and I personally find it plenty comfortable. I don't care for things that are overly bulky. It also came with a pair of drumsticks which seem plenty adequate to me. The height adjustment is straightforward enough with just one bolt and wingnut to select different heights. I find the seat comfortable and unobtrusive. The seat is capable of rotating while you are seated on it as long as the clamp beneath the seat is slightly loose. The tripod legs just take a little bit of moving around to get them to deploy but they clamp in place easily once opened. For me this throne checks all the necessary boxes without being overpriced.

Donner has created an affordable, multi-purpose seat for drummers and instrumentalists alike. For the price, this drum throne is a great addition to your drum arsenal. It can alternatively be used as an extra seat for your band-mates. You can secure the height at four different positions using a wing nut and bolt. The throne height varies from 19 inches at its lowest position to 23 inches at its highest. I prefer thrones with a lever to adjust the height, but Donner’s method works as long as you keep track of the pieces. The seat is sturdy and doesn’t leave impressions in the faux leather cushion even after sitting for several hours of practice. The assembly of the stool is quick and only requires a screwdriver. Taking apart the product is as simple as putting it together; the end result is a relatively compact stool that’s great for traveling. Overall, I’m pleased with this product. This throne is strong and perfect if you're tall, I am 6' my husband is 6'4" when I assembled it which was very easy 4 screws on the bottom of the seat, I set it to the highest setting out of habit, it actually has to be lowered, neither one of us are small people my husband weighs 200lbs I do not! but it is strong enough for both of us, for the price this is a great throne, it is also comfortable and holds its shape, I highly recommend it.
