These microphones have been reliable and work much better than the cordless ones.

Mic feels well built, has a good weight to it. Used it for some vocal tracking and it sounded fine plugged straight into the audio interface. Really great value, also has on/off switch to avoid unwanted sound. Comes with XLR to jack cable to so it can be plugged into mixing desks and karaoke machines.

A very well made and dynamic microphone. Build quality of this microphone is very good with its metal body and even the little things had been given good consideration - the non-roll head is a nice touch - as well as the magnetic on/off switch which reduces the noice when turning on. We used the microphone for an awards event which entailed both vocal spoken announcements as well as singing applications. The mic handled both situations perfectly with a good quality output. Also included was a 5m jack to XLR cable, again of good quality with its metal plugs and shelling spring.

Just finished testing out the Moukey Dynamic Microphone Multipurpose Cardioid Handheld Mic. Besides the very very cool chrome look, this mic sounds very good. I have been playing around the last couple of hours and it rivals the SM58's that I have. We will lay some tracks down and post the video. Not a big fan of the on/off switch but this mic is intended for karaoke use so it makes sense. It would make a great stage mic and you could tape that switch to the ON position and just rock out!

Very nice well built microphone that does not need battery power. I use it for running my guitar through the PA system. I use an articulated boom mic stand to hold the mic in front of my speaker cab. That way I can hear the natural tone of my sound and my soundman can feed my signal through the board and out the mains. Nice flat response curve for my guitar frequencies so it does not need equalization. The mic is directional forward so it does not tend to pick up sounds from other instruments and monitors located nearby. Used standard XLR cable without external power. Has foam cover over screen. Very nice setup for my use.

This mic can be used for Karaoke, vocals, recording, mic an instrument, plug into PA. I used a XLR mic cable to run through my Behringer interface to record my voice. Recording is crisp and clear. No issues setting up. Cable it came with works just fine. The mic work with a Shure clip I already had. Great mic for the price. Another fine Donner product.

The Moukey MWm-3 is a well put together microphone. outstanding finish and appearance. this mike does best in the beginner, intermediate singer category. frequency response is limited on both bottom and top of spectrum. the microphone has a little less gain than a Shure 58, but also less feedback because of the limited highs and lows. the price is amazing for the product you get. Great for backup microphone, karoke etc.

This microphone has a very flat frequency response, +/- 3db from about 85 Hz to above 10 kHz. I didn't find any distortion or undue emphasis throughout the vocal range. Very directional, as you can hear in the video (be sure to use good headphones to hear the effect!). It is shiny, and solid. Metal all the way around, and treated on the body of the microphone to resist corrosion from hand oils, etc. Looks good and feels good! The magnetic switch is a nice touch. Silent switching between OFF and ON. It comes with a wind screen to cut out wind or strong breathing from interfering with the sound pickup. The low-noise, detachable cable has a very generous 16' length. The 1/4" phone plug even has a gold-plated tip to ensure a good signal connection. Why wouldn't you buy this?

[I’m weekend warrior gigging musician of over 35 years.] I bought this microphone primarily for home use and the recording of vocals -you can never have enough mics! The microphone is well-built and has a good heft to it. The silver color has a nice retro look to it and there is a convenient switch to turn it on and off as well. The switch does feel a little floppy. It comes with a fairly long good, average solder connections, and a foam screen for the mic. The response is pretty good for this cardioid pattern mic. I would surmise it is to align with the popular “58” model of another maker. So the sound is there, but I have no way to quantify durability. Naturally if you take care of something, it should last a decent amount of time. I will use this for micing guitar/bass amps, gigging, and home recording. I’m not a singer at the performing level, but I can see this used with karaoke, smaller live performances, as a backup, in addition to home recording, internet/podcast. There is always a use for schools, businesses, etc. Based on this quality, I will also be looking at Moukey for gear in the future.
