How long will the order take to arrive?

Normally it will take 24 hours to prepare the items. After order being shipped out, it usually takes 3-5 business days to deliver to you. 

Due to the influence of COVID-19 epidemic now, there is a shortage of global transport resource which may delay your order. Your order may be delayed 4-6 days in processing and several days in transport based on the shipping company, please wait in patience.

How can I track my order?

Generally, we will email you tracking info in 24 business hours after the order being shipped out.
If you do not receive the email, or there is no update on page tracking in 2-3 business days after your order is shipped out, please contact us for more details.

Which country do you ship to?

Orders from this store would be only shipped to Australia. No cross-border shipments. For other countries, please order from the store in the corresponding country.
Please note: For Australia, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. Shipping to the Northern Territory, South Australia and Western Australia will be charged a 50 AUD remote shipping fee.

What's the shipping fee?

Free shipping on all products. But shipping to the Northern Territory and Western Australia will be charged a 100 AUD remote shipping fee and the Tasmania and South Australia will be charged a 50 AUD remote shipping fee.

Why was my package returned?

There are multiple possible reasons:
1) Wrong or incomplete address
2) Invalid phone number
3) Unable to deliver

Why does it shows my package has been delivered but it hasn't?

If your package says it was delivered to your location, please check around porches, at back doors, behind planters, your mail box, or with other household members, neighbors or the leasing/central receiving office if applicable.

In most of the cases, packages might be delivered to your mail box or signed by your neighbors. We suggest you check in your mail box and with your neighbors first. Or you can check with the shipping company with your tracking number and your ID card.

Where are your products sent from?

We currently have the third party collabs warehouse in Australia. Products will be sent as per the principle of proximity. But no cross-border shipments.
